The all-new visually striking exhibit invites audiences to drive inside Vincent van Gogh’s most incredible works of art. The show has been extended through October 12.

Want to explore the zoo but not ready to venture out just yet? Then the Toronto Zoo Scenic Safari is perfect for you and your family. But act fast—the Scenic Safari is only available until September 1.
Drive-Thru Storytelling & Ghost Tours
If you have older kids (recommended for ages 12 and up) who like things on the spookier side of things, this might be a fun experience for the family. Take a driving tour of the historic village of Pickering at night and hear stories from the past that still haunt us today. Learn about paranormal investigations that have found evidence of spirits and ghosts and hear stories of past.
Pre-registration is required. Tours start every 5 minutes between 7:00 pm and 9:35 pm. It’s a 25 minute experience and is running until October 30th.
Concerts in the Park(ing Lot)
Richmond Hill is putting on concerts in the park… ing lot this year! The concerts are taking place at Richmond Green (1300 Elgin Mills Rd E) and starts at 7:00 pm—but you can get your spot at 6:30 pm.
There is one more show this Thursday, August 27th, 2020 where the music of Tina Turner will be celebrated with the accompaniment of 4 backup musicians.
ICCM Concert Series
The Italian Cultural Centre of Milton is hosting a drive-in concert series on August 28-19 and September 4-5.
Covering everything from country and rock and roll to a celebration of all things Italy, there is something for everyone! Tickets must be purchased in advance.
Thanks for this list of interesting places. It has been the worst year so far and the kids have not stepped outside. I was looking for a short road trip and your list seems just fine. I am completely occupied in keeping my kids busy with school work and fun activities which we do together with the help of blogs which offer inetersting inputs about the same.
