About The Canadian Automotive Museum

A large collection of Canadian-built and Canadian-owned antique and classic cars is on display at this family-friendly museum in Oshawa. Among the exhibits is a 1903 Redpath Messenger, a 1983 DeLorean, and Canada’s largest collection of Rolls Royce. For kids, there are age-appropriate guided tours with hands-on fun, craft and activity days on weekends and during school breaks, and unique photo ops, like pictures on and in the 1926 Chevrolet Depot Hack—a car that looks a lot like a horse-drawn wagon.

Frequent kid-oriented exhibits are scheduled, too. The museum is open six to seven days a week year-round and is available for school field trips and group tours. The museum is an independent, not-for-profit charity.
