The National Capital Region YMCA-YWCA is a resource for health, fitness and recreation, child care, camping and outdoor education, and social services.

The 45,000 square foot facility includes a fitness centre with Technogym cardio and strength equipment, 20-metre indoor pool, small teaching pool, gbasketball court, Kids Zone, licensed child care, playcare, day camps, and more.

Birthday parties at the Y include one hour in the gym, pool, or Kid Zone, and one hour in the party room.
