July 17, 2018 update: NEW DATES ADDED! Due to overwhelming demand, the Royal Canadian Family Circus has added eight shows to its run, at Woodbine Mall, August 9–12!
The circus is rolling into town and will set up under the big top in six GTA locations this summer: Mississauga, Markham, Pickering, Burlington, Oakville, and Etobicoke.
The Royal Canadian Family Circus has entertained audiences for fifty years with spectacular shows featuring daredevils and acrobats. The all-new 2018 show features an internationally renowned cast of elite circus artists from around the world, including the Duo Guerro four-man high-wire act (featured on America’s Got Talent); the Chinese Acrobats Troupe, with hoop diving and contortionist acts; juggling world-record holder and Cirque du Soleil alum Tommy Tequila; and an acrobatic equestrian team performing stunts on galloping horses; plus aerialists, hula hoop performers, and quick-change artists.
The show is hosted by ringmaster Joseph Dominic Bauer, a ninth-generation daredevil performer who has headlined Cirque du Soleil, Ringling Brothers, and more. There are no exotic animals in this show.
The Royal Canadian Family Circus SPECTAC! 2018 takes place on the following dates and locations: Mississauga’s Hershey Centre (June 29–July 8); Markham Fairgrounds (July 12–15); Pickering Markets (July 19–22); Burlington’s Corpus Christi Secondary School (July 26–29); Oakville’s Sheridan Trafalgar Campus parking lot (August 3–6), and Etobicoke’s Woodbine Mall (August 9–12).
