Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival & Bard Education

Canada’s largest not-for-profit, professional Shakespeare Festival, which runs every summer in Vanier Park, also has a Young Shakespeareans program with summer theatre camps (ages 8–13) and summer teen workshops (ages 13–18). Camps and workshops take place on Festival stages in Vanier Park and participants get a unique, behind-the-scenes experience at the Bard Village during the festival.

For teachers and schools, Bard in the Classroom brings Shakespeare to life for students through hands-on voice, movement, and acting workshops. Or you can book a 45-minute school show — an abbreviated Shakespeare performance by the Riotous Youth Ensemble.
