Toronto Aikikai

After-school and weekend Aikido classes for children ages 5 and up—as well as youth and adults—in Roncesvalles. The Japanese art of Aikido is a graceful martial art established in 1974. It is considered a way of life and not a competitive sport. There are no competitions or tournaments, though progression through the ranks is denoted by awarding coloured belts.

Parents are encouraged to join their children during practice.
