Leaside Dance School provides dance lessons for children of all ages and abilities at two locations. They emphasize personal development, musicality and exercise in a non-competitive environment. Performance skills are developed over the year, culminating in their year-end recital. Personal attention is ensured through their smaller class sizes and qualified teachers and assistants.

Lessons begin for children as young as two in their Twinkle Toes program (for ages 2 and 3). Children aged 3 and up can choose from ballet, jazz and hip hop. They also offer folkdance (ages 7+), contemporary (ages 8+), and pointe (ages 12+). Ballet students who are seven and older may be invited to participate in Royal Academy of Dance exams and awards.
