Riverdale Community Midwives

Since 1994, Riverdale Community Midwives has been providing primary care to women and their babies. Their continuum of care continues throughout a low-risk pregnancy, labour, birth, and up until 6 week postpartum.

They have a strong commitment to avoiding unnecessary medical interventions and believe in using medication and technology wisely. They believe the experience of pregnancy and birth can empower parents and are passionate about supporting people’s choices in childbirth.

Their midwives attend births at home, the Toronto Birth Centre, or at St. Michael’s Hospital. Two midwives will attend your birth.
