Camp Towhee

This therapeutic summer camp near Haliburton is for children and youth ages 10–18 dealing with learning disabilities and mental health issues (LDMH).

Campers participate in adventure-based programs, which may include canoe trips, music, art, ropes course and climbing wall. All programming is informed by clinical research in LDMH and designed in collaboration with the Child Development Institute’s Integra Program.

Camp Towhee has a 2:1 camper-to-counsellor ratio, and a 1:1 ratio is available if needed.
