Recreational and competitive rhythmic gymnastics programs for children ages 18 months through teen, as well as seasonal camps and birthday parties. Programs incorporate dance and acro, general fitness, and apparatus work (balls, ribbons, hoops). Choose from parent-child gymnastics for tots (ages 18 months to 3 years), Artistic Rhythms for ages 6 and up, a boys-only Gym Warriors class, and more. The optional pre-competitive and competitive programs begin from age 6. Private classes and boot camps are also available.
