About BJJ Mississauga
Martial arts for kids in Mississauga, including Brazilian jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. After-school programs for Grades 1–8 combine jiu-jitsu training and striking, which teaches the fundamentals of boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, karate, taekwondo, and savate (French boxing). Evening jiu-jitsu classes for kids are available for ages 4 to 12.

My son has been attending the after school program since September. I really love it as he gets to learn martial arts with Coach who is very knowledgeable . I feel like this place is a one stop shop as he learns BJJ and striking and gets to socialise with other kids as he is very shy..highly recommend this spot for parents looking for a great program .
