Karate classes for ages 3 to 83. Other programs include self-defense, Tai Chi, Ju Jitsu,  kardio kickboxing, pilates, and fitness, weapons training, bully prevention, and a competition team.

They also offer a karate after-school club to elementary schools in the community that is customized for each school.

Karate camps are available for kids of all skill levels. Activities include martial arts classes, tournaments, and workshops as well as games and activities.

Birthday parties include a group karate class where they’ll learn how to safely break a board, pizza and juice, and then your child will cut the cake with a “real” Samurai sword.
