Gymnastics Classes

My Gym offers classes for kids ages 6 months to 10 years old, ensuring that there’s something amazing for kids of all ages. The fun-filled programs consist of non-competitive gymnastics involving tumbling, balancing, and hanging. The goal of these programs is to shape skills and build confidence to help children be active, healthy, social and, most of all, happy. First class is always free, always fun!

Birthday Parties

My Gym is the best party in town! The special birthday honouree and their guests will have the run of the gym, while every celebration is perfectly choreographed and customized especially for your child. My Gym takes care of every detail—including paper goods, decorations and food—so you can focus on the moments that matter most on such a special day.

Camps

Every Wednesday and Friday during July and August you can bring your kids to My Gym for three hours of fantastic games, non-competitive gymnastics, arts and crafts, dance, music, sports, and much more!
