100% Martial Arts – Orléans

Offering age-specific martial arts programs for kids ages 4–5 and 6–12 that touch on a wide range of disciplines, including Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing.

Classes are adaptable for all ages, sizes and abilities. Summer camps are also available at this location.

100% Martial Arts has four locations in the Ottawa area: others are in Nepean, Embrun, and Ottawa’s Alta Vista neighbourhood.
