My Gym Ottawa

My Gym Ottawa offers kids’ birthday parties, Mommy and Me programs, gymnastics camps, and community parties and events. Planned birthday party packages come with activities, games, puppets, songs, relays, rides, and more. My Gym take cares of everything from paper goods, party favors, and food.

They also offer drop-off programs for PD Days (half days and full days) as well as Parents’ Night Out evenings. Kids will play games, participate in gymnastics, and do arts and crafts.
