SwimForce

SwimForce is a unique online-only swim course created to give parents the tools to teach their babies and young children to swim. Lessons include video instruction. Access is $25/year.

Offered in English and French, the program teaches parents and caregivers the fundamentals of the SwimForce approach so you can teach your baby or child to swim, in your own home.

The program includes easy-to-follow text explanations and video modules that break down the water routine into fun and manageable pieces. These routines can be implemented almost anywhere a parent and a baby can be in the water together.
