Lalilo

During the COVID-19 school closures, Lalilo is free for parents. (Typically, at-home users must receive an invite from a child’s teacher.) Using the Lalilo website or app, children move through different worlds by completing lessons and exercises to help them gain reading comprehension in English or French.

Lalilo is a web-based literacy program for kindergarten to grade 2 students, available in English and French. Lalilo’s literacy program supports learning through interactive and developmentally appropriate exercises.

Children will learn about phonological and phonemic awareness, letter and word recognition, reading comprehension and fluency, vocabulary, writing, and social literacy.
