Code Break
Code Break is a live interactive classroom, with weekly challenges to engage students of all ages and abilities, even those without computers. Code Break sessions are held weekly on Wednesdays, starting at 10 am PST via Zoom.
Code Break is available to everyone, even for children who do not have a Code.org school account.
About Code.org
Code.org is a non-profit dedicated to growing computer programming education. Its vision is that every student in every school should have the opportunity to learn computer science and that computer science should be part of the core curriculum in education, alongside other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) courses, such as biology, physics, chemistry and algebra.
Most Code.org resources are for teachers and schools—you need your child’s school login to use it.
Hour of Code
Code.org’s Hour of Code is a global effort to celebrate computer science, starting with free, 1-hour coding activities for all ages. This grassroots campaign is supported by over 400 partners and 200,000 educators worldwide.
