Toronto Early Cognition Lab

The University of Toronto’s Toronto Early Cognition Lab (TECL) investigates social, cognitive and moral development in infants and young children, ages 1 to 10.

All online studies are formatted with pictures, stories, videos and game-like activities to ensure a fun experience for you and your child. The research is made possible by parents and children who generously donate their time by participating in online studies. Find out what studies your child is eligible for by signing up online.

TECL also offers TECL Live, a weekly virtual circle time for kids ages 0–7 where you can meet research assistants, sing songs, dance, do crafts, and more.
