Rhythmic Gymnastics – poetry in motion, combining grace, coordination, agility and artistry. Rhythmic Gymnastics combines gymnastics and  DANCE  with silk ribbons,  shiny hoops, colourful balls, clubs.  Influenced by modern BALLET , rhythmic gymnastics is a combination of sport and art. Our classes are the perfect combination of Ballet elements and fitness all in one. Ages 6-15 Recreational and Competitive programs.
