New Life Prenatal

New Life Prenatal classes provide expectant parents with useful information and practical skills to help them prepare for birth and the first weeks of parenthood.

Discussions led by an experienced certified childbirth educator and doula will help you learn what you might expect physically and emotionally during pregnancy, childbirth, and the early weeks with your newborn baby.

Fun, interactive and informative prenatal classes and are offered in group, private, semi-private or online settings.  Baby/child first-aid and CPR workshops give you the skills and confidence to deal with an emergency.
