Inside the Americana Resort in Niagara Falls, this 25,000-square-foot tropical-themed indoor waterpark is open year-round, with a retractable it can open up in warm weather. The first indoor waterpark in Niagara Falls, Waves originally opened in 2004. It’s entirely glass-enclosed, so gets lots of light year-round.
Attractions include twisty inner-tube slides and body slides, a wave pool, a giant tipping bucket, and a shallow kiddie pool with mushroom fountains, interactive play features, and even baby bounce swings for infants. There’s a hot tub for grown-ups.
The on-site Oasis Snack Bar serves up fast food like pizza, hot dogs, nachos, slushies, and ice cream. It’s licensed for adult drinks, too.
