The Dance Centre – Dundas

This dance studio in Dundas has classes for ages 3 and up in ballet, jazz and tap. Children under age 6 start with ballet, taking the RAD exam at age 6. After age 6, students can take jazz and/or tap lessons. Classes are available for beginners through advanced dancers preparing for university-level dance auditions and/or professional productions.

Adult classes, as well as modern and contemporary classes for youth, are offered.

The Dance Centre places an emphasis on a solid foundation of technical training. There are no expensive costumes or dance competitions. Students perform at an end-of-season student recital at Theatre Aquarius in Hamilton.

The Dance Centre has three locations, in Hamilton, Dundas, and Grimbsy.
