Nick Maclean Piano Lessons

Nick Maclean is a multi-award-winning jazz musician who has performed on stages across the country and internationally. He has 20+ years of experience as a pianist.

As an educator, his aim is to give students the skills and knowledge they need to accomplish their goals, whether it’s preparing for a university audition, upgrading skills for the bandstand, or just developing a new skill for the fun of it—including a personal passion: jazz improvisation.

In lessons, Nick works with students’ strengths, helping to address their weaknesses using a targeted, personalized approach designed to demystify the process and make students more effective and independent learners.

Lessons are available for beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. Lessons take place at Nick’s studio in East York or online.
