Free for children ages 5 and under!
Learn about the history of astronomy, look through a Victorian telescope, and discover the world of modern astronomy. This will be a unique opportunity to learn about the wonders of the night sky through a fun and interactive evening of exploration and discovery.
Activities include storytelling, music, dancing, crafting, shadow play, and kid-friendly astronomy activities. Also, enjoy some homemade snacks!
Presented in partnership with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada Hamilton Centre and McMaster University’s Let’s Talk Science and Sidewalk Astronomy groups.
This event is weather permitting. Only select buildings will be open. Parking is free.
