OPERA FOR FAMILIES: THE BREMAN TOWN MUSICIANS AND OPERATION SUPERPOWER

Two interactive and engaging operas—written just for kids!

Starring the young artists of the COC Ensemble Studio, both family-friendly operas are written specifically for young people aged 3 to 12. Each opera is 45 minutes in length, followed by a 15-minute Q&A with the cast and crew. Both are sung in English.

The Bremen Town Musicians: Based on a tale by the Brothers Grimm: a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster set out on a journey to find freedom and start a new life after being mistreated by their owners.

Operation Superpower: Discover your inner superpower with the help of three heroic opera singers! This interactive show empowers students to identify their strengths and character traits that they are most proud of—their “superpowers”.

Tickets to each opera are $15 for adults, and $10 for children. Join us one hour before each show for hands-on activities related to the operas!
