A party photo goes viral. An investigation of accountability in our social media world.
Three young people are swept up in a social media maelstrom as a picture from a party goes viral. The photo, a passed-out girl’s face with the word “slut” written on it in lipstick, prompts the characters to deal with issues of ownership, privacy and culpability. This play investigates the unexpected consequences of choices made in a social media context.
50 minute show – no intermission. Recommended for Grades 7 to 12 (age 13+)
