This Floatwork Textile Teach-in is inspired by the coverlets in Crosscurrents: Canada in the Making.
Participants will be able to:
– learn to read floatwork patterns and design your own
– weave historic patterns on card looms (or try your own design!)
– one-on-one floatwork weaving lessons at the table loom
This workshop is free with admission and open to all.ages and skills.
