Bringing back the tradition of storytelling.
Talkin’ Tales is a family event designed to bring back the tradition of storytelling. Throughout history, stories have been told orally to inspire, educate and entertain.
This afternoon event will feature storytellers of all ages who will share their folklore, history and personal stories. We will also showcase poets, dancers and other entertainment within the Afro-Caribbean culture. Come to the marketplace and discover some of Durham Regions local established businesses.
