Canada Day in Aurora

Event Details

Aurora has a full day of fun planned to celebrate Canada’s 152nd birthday. The fun begins with sidewalk chalk in front of the Aurora Public Library at 9:30 am, before the Canada Day Parade sets out at 10:00 am. The Parade will travel south on Yonge St. from Mosley St. to Murray Dr.

Following the Parade, festivities will begin at 11:00 am at Lambert Willson Park. There will be a pancake breakfast, family passport activities, public swim, public skate and family open gym, Home Depot kids’ workshop, inflatables, horseshoe tournament, and live musical entertainment.  And, of course, fireworks at dusk.
