Neilson Park Creative Centre is hosting their annual Spring Handmade Sale on April 7. Shop directly from local artists and artisans from Neilson Park Creative Centre and the GTA for handmade clothing and accessories, home decor, artwork, and more. In the art gallery you will find demonstrations of painting, quilting, rug crafting, spinning and weaving, and calligraphy by artists from the Centre’s six resident art groups.
New this year is a Family Craft Corner, running from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Young artists and their families are welcome to come and create three different crafts with the guidance of a children’s instructor. Admission is free and all materials for the crafts are supplied.
