Kids learn how to start their own business at this after-school program jointly offered by ExplorerHop Money & Adventures for Kids and Designher Co.
In a fun environment, kids learn both how to create unique pieces of jewelry and about the fundamentals of starting their own businesses. Topics include how to source items, what things cost, and how to create unique pieces which have market demand. Each participant will work on all the tasks involved in starting their own business: marketing, sales, financials, operations, customer service, and more.
The course ends with kids opening their own jewelry store to sell the pieces they have created themselves.
Cost is $207 per student for the nine-week course.
