At-Home Sports Activities

New activities are released online each Wednesday, with sports games, drills, and challenges. Each includes a warm-up, one to three games, and a cool-down activity. Activities are separated into two age groups: ages 4–7 and ages 8–14. Choose from yoga, basketball, and multi-sport challenges.

About True North Sports Camps

True North Sports Camps offers year-round sports programming for boys and girls ages 4 to 14. Operating in Toronto, Etobicoke, and Markham, it has a variety of camps and clinics, including baseball, flag football, basketball, soccer, and multi-sport.

After-School Sports Programs

True North offers after-school and weekend sports clinics for all skill levels including baseball/t-ball, basketball and soccer. For 60 to 90 minutes each week, young athletes will have the opportunity to improve their skills in a fun and inclusive environment. In addition, True North offers a 3X3 Skill Development Basketball House League for ages 7–9 or 10–13.

Winter programs for 2020 take place on Sundays at Leo Baeck Day School or Wednesdays at St. Clements School. Outdoor spring programs take place in Forest Hill and Lawrence Park, while indoor basketball is offered on Wednesdays at St. Clements School.

Sports Camps

True North offers March break camps and summer camps in various sports, including girls-only camps.

True North’s 2020 summer camps take place across the GTA with locations in Forest Hill, Lawrence Park, Leaside, North York, Etobicoke and Markham, including:

  • Baseball (ages 4–14)*
  • Flag Football (ages 7–14)
  • Soccer (ages 4–12)
  • Basketball (ages 4–14)*
  • Multi-Sport (ages 4–12)*

*Girls-only camp available.

True North’s camps run from 8:30 am to 4 pm daily, with extended care available. Their summer camps are offered for one-week sessions from June 29 through September 4.

Sports Birthday Parties

Book a baseball, basketball, flag football, soccer or general sports-themed birthday party! Instructors are sent to your party location with all of the necessary equipment for each sport. Party activities can include instruction, drills, skills competitions or games—the details are up to you.
