About Proset Inclusive Tennis
Proset Autism Inclusive Tennis is a sports activity developed specifically for children, teens, and young adults with special needs, including autism, PDD-NOS, ADD, ADHS, Asperger Syndrome, global developmental delay, Down Syndrome, and other behavioural problems. Anyone who needs an adapted training and an inclusive environment is welcome.
Sports gives these children the opportunity to learn, move, relax, work together, make friends, have fun and grow as an individual. The sports program combines a specially developed coaching method, small groups and a lot of fun.
An emphasis is placed on:
- creating positive sports experience
- the development of motor skills and body awareness
- improving sports skills
- improving self-confidence and social skills
- strengthening concentration and perseverance
- building friendships
