Real Food for Real Kids (RFRK)

This catering company has home meal delivery for families called Real Food Kitchen (Realfoodkitchen.ca) and since 2004 has served deliciously nourishing meals to millions of kids in daycares and schools in Toronto and the GTA through Real Food For Real Kids.

RFRK’s ready-made, healthy and kid-approved meals are cooked from scratch, and their menus include high quality and custom-made products from local producers. They avoid nutrient-void fillers and artificial colours, flavours, and sweeteners, without compromising taste.

Nothing from the Real Food For Real Kids contains peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners or added nitrates and nitrites. Check out the Real Food Promise to learn how particular they are about their food

Menus are approved by a third party Registered Dietician and exceed all of the guidelines in the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA). Lunches exceed PPM 150 guidelines for elementary schools.
