Come celebrate Earth Day by planting native trees and shrubs in Warden Woods! A planting event is a perfect activity for community groups, individuals, and families – all are welcome to attend. Planting equipment and materials are provided. Volunteers should dress for the weather, wear comfortable clothing, sturdy closed-toe shoes, long pants, and bring sunscreen and drinking water. Meet at the Gus Harris Trail entrance by St. Clair Ave E and Warden Ave.
The event will run from 10:00 am.until 12:00 pm, or until the volunteer activity is completed (whichever comes first), so arrive early.
