Tommy Thompson Park is Toronto’s largest greenspace and provides critical stopover habitat for migrating birds, given its location right on the waterfront. There have been 318 native species recorded to date at the park! The Spring Bird Festival provides families and individuals a great opportunity to learn about the amazing phenomenon of migration and the importance of bird conservation. Activities will include guided bird walks, a bike tour, conservation activities, children’s games and exploration, talks, displays, and demonstrations.
