Family Sunday: Notebooks of the Future

Event Details

The Gardiner Museum’s exhibit Reclaiming Artifacts invites visitors of all ages to explore the “discovery” of artifacts found during the construction of a condo in the year 2050. Reclaiming Artifacts is led by youth artists Ayesha Barazkai, Siddiqa Barakzai, Akashiaa Beckford-Stone, Amina Malik, Kianna L.Morgan, and Sutanya Samuels.

On August 5, these youth artists will facilitate a drop-in workshop where participants will imagine themselves as inventors in the year 2050, filling a handmade notebook full of their ideas and inventions. No registration needed. Drop-in any time.

Admission is free for visitors 18 and under every day. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and each accompanying adult must purchase a general admission ticket. Children cannot be left unattended at any time.
