Panorama India Festival and Grand Parade

Come and enjoy the bold colours, rich flavors and beautiful pageantry of Indo-Canadian culture at this year’s India Day Festival and Grand Parade. Panorama India, the organization devoted to showcasing Indo-Canadian culture, with support of the Consulate General of India, is hosting this free, super-fun, family event.

The Grande Parade, marshalled by Bollywood actor Jimmy Sheirgill, will commence at 1 pm and will showcase, through costume, performance and artistry, the beauty and splendor of Indo-Canadian culture. The all-day program includes performances by hundreds of dancers, Panorama Idol singers and headlining acts such as, the “King of Bhangra,” Malkit Singh, and renowned Indo-Canadian singer and producer PARICHAY. There will also be an international marketplace and Meena Bazaar to explore where you can peruse the gorgeous exotic wares and feast on delicious Indian food.
