The Heroes Festival is a new event, designed to honour military, first responder, and public safety agencies. This family-friendly, free weekend brings the opportunity to interact with the men and women who keep us safe each and every day. The events include a world-class airshow featuring the Snowbirds, CF-18 Demo Jet, civilian aerobatic performers, and military and first responder agencies from across the country showcasing the latest equipment and technology. Kids can try equipment and climb aboard the vehicles at the on-land displays. Live music will entertain the crowds throughout the day.
Festival opens at 9:00 am each day. Air shows begin at 2:00 pm and finish at 5:30 pm.
Saturday Night Free Concert with Kiss Tribute Band, Destroyer, begins at 7:00 pm.
