BPL Comic Con

BPL Comic Con is a free, family-friendly event that showcases and highlights the pop culture community in Barrie! In partnership with The City of Barrie’s Game On! Event.

Walk around the Downtown Branch and admire the cosplayers (Costume Players) dressed as their favourite characters. Browse the art from local artists, and buy the piece that catches your eye. Visit their vendors and find that hidden gem of a comic or toy that you’ve been searching for. Try out virtual reality, meet up with other superheroes, test your tabletop gaming skills, compete in costume contests and so much more!

Enter into a real life quest: Pick up your quest and complete items at each location: Five Points Theatre, Rotunda and Downtown Library for a chance at winning a prize! Return all three of your quest cards to an info booth where a draw will be done at the end of the event.
