Now in its 8th year, the Kids Outdoor Art Festival (previously Picasso’s Picnic) is an annual youth art festival produced by the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington. The festival brings together kids and youth of all ages, families, professional artists and local businesses for a day of celebration and support of young community artists.
The KOAF offers a wide range of art workshops, make-and-take activities, a youth art market, live performances, workshops, and local food.
