Campers will learn both pastry and culinary knowledge and skills as they prepare a new sweet and savoury holiday favourite each day!
Watch as your child’s confidence and enthusiasm in the kitchen soars while they cook their way through this festive roster of dishes. The week will end with a show-stopping yule log and Chef Shai’s Signature Cranberry Sauce meant to be served at one of your family’s holiday meals, offering an opportunity for your child to shine while assisting with the meal prep.
