Celebrating Seniors at the Toronto Zoo

Seniors ages 65 and up will receive free Toronto Zoo admission and Zoomobile ride. Throughout the day seniors will have the chance to receive a free hearing test in the Wildlife Marquee (9:30 am–3:30 pm). Special on-site activities and promotions include 10% off purchases at Africa, Americas, and Peacock Cafe Restaurants and 10% off gift shop purchases.

The National Campaign for Better Hearing, in partnership with ListenUP! Canada and Hearing Life, and the Toronto Zoo, is hosting the Celebrating Seniors. The campaign’s objective is to raise awareness of hearing loss by ensuring all Canadians 60+ receive a baseline hearing test and begin annually monitoring their hearing health. They will be donating $4 for every FREE hearing screening test performed, in order to provide hearing aids for those who cannot afford them. The campaign’s goal is to raise over $300,000 for hearing aids this year!
