This outdoor winter theatre experience at Christie Pits Park is part of the annual Soulpepper Family Festival. Common Boots Theatre presents The Story, by Martha Ross, an imagining of the Nativity as a parable for modern times.
Follow three wise men as they navigate a world of existential shepherds, imperial soldiers, charming thieves, a bumbling angel, a deranged tyrant, and a lost choir to find a headstrong woman whose baby will be born in a trash heap but will become a symbol of transformation and renewal.
