Best of Kids Fringe Festival Solar Stage hosts one special weekend of brand new Canadian shows for kids presented at the 2015 Toronto Fringe Festival of Theatre! Our Artistic Directors have selected this year’s winners, each performing twice this weekend:
Hamlet… A Puppet Epic! Plots! Schemes! Puppets! There’s something awesome in the state of Denmark! FringeKids favourite Shakey-Shake and Friends return with their most ambitious play yet: Hamlet! Comic hijinks abound as Shakes and the gang tell the tale of Shakespeare’s most famous tragedy in the lighthearted tradition of the Muppets.
The Crazy Space Adventures of Princess Sparkly Butt and the Hot Dog Kid. A space exploring Princess discovers that she can control time with her butt. She must use her butt powers for good, not evil, if she hopes to save her planet from totally exploding.
