FAMILY DAY ACTIVITIES AT MILES NADAL JEWISH COMMUNITY CENTRE

9:30 am–5 pm

The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNJCC) opens its doors to offer a jam-packed roster of fun-filled activities for Family Day. Whether it’s singing along with your favourite characters from Disney’s Frozen, glowing and flowing during a family yoga party, or working up a sweat in a game of volleyball, all events are free and no MNJCC membership is required to participate! 

FREE Activities:
Food Demo (Kale Papaya Salad) and Mystery Box activity 9:30 am–12:30 pm
Jungle Gym with tunnels and bouncy castles 9:30 am–2 pm
Quiet Activities Room 9:30 am–5 pm
Frozen Princesses Performance and meet-and-greet 10 am and 11 am
PJ Library Inclusive Storytelling 10:15 am–11 am
Women’s Boxercise Class for 18+ 10:30 am–11:30 am
IGNITE Fitness Trial Class (Inclusive fitness program for grades 1–3) 11 am–12 pm
CATCH Active Class (Fun fitness for 3–5-year-olds) 12:30 pm–1:30 pm
Fam Jam Yoga Glow Party (Kids 4+) 2:30 pm–3:45 pm
Drop-in Volleyball 3 pm–5 pm

ALL ARE WELCOME – NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED! 

Participants are encouraged to make a $10 donation per family to support MNjcc programming.
