The Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery hosts free arts workshops for children ages 7–12. Each begins with a tour of the current exhibition and concludes with an art activity. Inspired by Michael Landy’s drawings of logos and slogans found across Toronto’s landscape, this workshop invites participants to create their own large-scale oil drawing of an icon with a corresponding word or phrase about what Canada means to them.
