Try something new this weekend with the annual ice fishing derby at Binbrook Conservation Area.
Ice fishing is great family fun, and prizes and trophies are up for grabs for both adult and youth categories.
Tickets are $25 for adults and free for children under 12 when reserved in advance online. Tickets at the door are $25 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
There are 5 huts available for rental. Huts are $25 per person in addition to gate admission prices. Cost is inclusive of pre-drilled holes and two burner gas stove for heat as well.
