
Display Ad Design Services – Specifications
The flat fee for this service is $100. You will receive your ad(s) in .jpg or .png format.
The service includes one (1) 300×250 (big box) display ad. If you prefer a leaderboard ad, the fee will be $150 to cover the creation of both a desktop leaderboard (728×90) and a mobile leaderboard (320×50) to ensure visibility on mobile devices. See below for ad size examples.
We will need:
- logo (the largest size you have)
- value proposition copy (10–60 characters)
value proposition = a simple and clear statement of the benefit of your service or product; how does it address the relevant audience’s needs? - call-to-action button copy (max 20 characters)
call-to-action = an imperative statement instructing your audience of what to do next; e.g. “Sign Up Now” - landing page URL (link)
Nice to have:
- brand fonts
- brand colour hex codes
- image or illustration, if it enhances the copy (whether we can use this depends on image composition, size, and quality)
Best practices:
- keep it simple — this goes for copy and images/illustrations
- keep copy short and to the point
- make copy compelling with a special offer, limited-time promotion, or unique selling point
- make the message and imagery consistent with the landing page (URL) the ad points to
Cost: $100 for 1 display ad with 1 round of revisions* ($150 for leaderboard ads)
*Subsequent revisions, not including typos and factual errors, will be billed at a rate of $80/hour. All assets should be submitted to your account manager via email or shared drive at least 2 weeks prior to your desired ad run date
